The skilful MAMOSA craft has derived from regions of East Africa into a Mother’s hands, having been taught by her own Mother. The samosa is well known across the globe in a range of shapes, sizes and flavours, crafted with varying skill and technique, many bound by family secrets and traditions.

There are no rules to the consumption of the samosa, certainly not our Mamosa’s. They are to be savoured at any time of day, to be shared over the chatter of family and friends and devoured with wholehearted joy.
